Complaint About an Order?

Remember, it could always be worse! 

...KIDDING! 
Okay, seriously... 
While I try to order items from my suppliers that I see are getting low, 
sometimes everyone seems to want a particular item at once... thus it runs out and must be back-ordered. 
While suppliers are usually quick to make more of whatever is needed, 
sometimes they too are swamped with back-orders from everyone else.
            Thus, if any item ordered takes longer than 4 weeks from the date I receive your order, 
I will include a FREE TNTits Logo catalog item for the inconvenience!

WHAT TO DO IF...
*You have been waiting more than 4 weeks on an order, want a refund, but I have not e-mailed you yet?
* Leave an e-mail with a subject like, "Order Inquiry", with your name & order information,
and a copy of the order or payment (as an attachment) with your e-mail.
Or better yet, leave your phone number and I will call you! 
Once the order has been confirmed, I will send your refund right away!

*You have been waiting more than 4 weeks on an order, want a refund, and I have contacted you by e-mail or phone (if you left a #)?
*No need to e-mail again ... If I contacted you, than I've already confirmed your order.
The refund is on it's way!
